Chloe Vlok

Hi there, I am Chloë Vlok and I am a proud member of Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways.

I started my martial arts journey when I came to a seminar at the academy.  I was immediately impressed with the academy and the team and joined as a member.  

I loved the structured nature of the academy and the Women Empowered program lays a solid, self-defence foundation for its students in a safe, fun and cooperative environment. Over the years I realised that I wanted to give back to the ladies in the area and become a Woman Empowered Certified Instructor through Gracie University in Los Angeles.

I am a proud Gracie Certified Instructor and team member of Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways.
