Stephanie Graham

Hi there, I am Stephanie Graham. I am a proud member of Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways.

My Martial Arts experience started with Karate and I am a Black Belt in KWF Shotokan Karate. I have been involved in Martial Arts all my life. After moving back to Johannesburg from Holland where I started in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, I found my training home at Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways. I love that the structured nature of the academy and Gracie program lays a solid, self-defence foundation for its students in a safe, fun and cooperative environment. I have so much fun coaching kids of all ages on their journey through our BullyProof® program.

Most of all, I am a Trauma Informed Coach and my passion project is having the honour to coach my ladies and assist them with stepping into their power through the Women Empowered® Program. I am a proud Gracie Certified Instructor and team member of Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways.
