Michael Palin
My name is Michael Palin. I am proud to be part of the only Certified Training Centre in Gauteng.
I am married with two beautiful children and I graduated the ICP (Instructor Certificate Program) under the Gracie family at the Gracie Academy. In being a Gracie Jiu-jitsu certified instructor, I am proud to have personally received his instructors certification from brothers Rener and Ryron Gracie in Torrance California, the Global Head Instructors of Gracie University.
The Gracie Instructor Certificate Program means that I a master in the Gracie Jiu-jitsu® training programs and am certified to teach it. Our goal here is not only to teach students in a safe, fun and cooperative learning environment but also how to defend themselves in a real fight. Besides Gracie Jiu-jitsu®, I have trained in MMA (Kick boxing, Wrestling and Grappling) since 2007 and now focus exclusively on self-defence through Gracie Jiu-jitsu®.
