Jason Lume
Hi there, I am Jason Lume. I am a proud member of Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways.
My Martial Arts experience started with striking arts and Mixed Martial Arts. Even though there is grappling in MMA, after doing my first lesson in Gracie Jiu-jitsu® I was hooked. I love the structure of the Gracie University programs/techniques and soon realized that technique and leverage is far more effective than strength and power for self-defence. I care that our students are learning in a safe, fun and cooperative environment at Gracie Jiu-jitsu® Fourways. Being able to assist students in the BullyProof classes as well as our older on their journey to black belt is truly a pleasure!
The Gracie Instructor Certificate Program means that I am a master in the Gracie Jiu-jitsu® training programs and am certified to teach it Gracie Jiu-jitsu® by the Gracie Family at Gracie University in Los Angeles. Our goal here is not only to teach students in a safe, fun and cooperative learning environment but also how to defend themselves in a real fight.
